The Plate Machining Center, PMC5000, is a vertical spindle, CNC machining center with the following attributes:

	200” X 100” X/Y travel at 600 IPM
	20 HP, 5 to 4000 RPM spindle, Variable Speed Drive
	Tee slot worktable
	Coolant System
	Pass through lubrication system
	24 Tool Carousel Tool Changer
	Modern CNC Control – G and M codes

It was designed from the “ground up” and built on site for a major steel plate supplier, who specializes in the completely machined, shape cut steel plates for various heavy machinery builders.
